BOGARTS
Cincinnati, Ohio

Original building opened in 1905.

Bogart's is a music venue located in the Corryville neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio, near the University of Cincinnati, across the street from Sudsy Malone's Rock 'n Roll Laundry & Bar. The building was originally a vaudeville theater built in 1905, put out of business in 1955 due partly to the emergence of television. During the 1960s, it was a German film theater. The Bogart's venue opened in the mid-1970s as a 250-seat club, but it was expanded in 1993 to a 1,500-seat venue.

Prior to its expansion, Bogarts formerly hosted theme nights, such as the Casablanca club theme when Bogart's first opened. They hosted a wide variety of comedians, ranging from Billy Crystal to Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong as well.
